Article 2 – General

HAKIM DOCTOR (hereinafter the "Company"), via www.examensmedicaux.com (hereinafter the "Site") aims to develop a digital medical platform dedicated to patient information and care, with the aim of :

      1- Facilitate access to care for patients with minor symptoms.

      2- Reduce the use of hospital emergencies for simple reasons.

 

Article 3 – Privacy policy

 

5.1 Personal Data

On the type of personal information: in order to protect and respect the privacy of its users, the Company distinguishes on the one hand, the information provided voluntarily by the user and on the other hand that recorded automatically.

 

5.1.1 Non-identifiable personal information is information collected automatically and which cannot be used to identify an individual. It is :

 

• browser type and version;

• web page from which the user accessed the Site;

• pages of the Site displayed, information sought and duration of the user's visit;

The Company cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions of the services available on the Site such as, in particular, interruptions, data transmission delays, unauthorized access, failures of the user's IT resources or any other problem related to the telecommunications networks.

The Company can only be held liable for compensation for the pecuniary consequences of direct and foreseeable damage caused by poor performance or a proven lack of performance of its services.

The Company cannot under any circumstances incur liability for indirect or unforeseeable damages.

The Site contains links allowing access to sites operated by third parties. The Company declines all responsibility for the protection of data on these other sites. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of the information published therein or other aspects concerning it, and is not responsible for any damages that may result from access to these sites.

 

 

Article 6 – Applicable Law

The General Conditions of Use are governed by French law. Complaints or disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these T&Cs must be submitted, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to the registered office of the Doctiflex Company. In the absence of an amicable resolution and unless there are public order provisions to the contrary, any dispute relating to these T&Cs will be submitted to the Commercial Court of the registered office of the Doctiflex Company.
